Energy Bill and Carbon Footprint Reduction measures
Our primary focus is based around measures that will both reduce the carbon footprint of a typical home and thereby improve the EPC rating. These measures will also as a direct result decrease energy bills. Many of these are likely to be included under the Government’s much publicised Green Deal.
Microgeneration
We design and install Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal systems which are supported by the Renewable Heat Incentive and Renewable Heat Premium respectively.
Solid Wall Insulation
We also install solid wall insulation to homes where they do not benefit from cavity walls. This enables properties typically built prior to the 1960s where heat losses which can be up to 7 times greater than that for homes built to modern Building Regulations, to be brought up to the same heat loss standard.
LED Lighting
LED lighting is the ultimate in long lasting low energy lighting. LED lighting has many applications on both domestic and commercial situations.
The overall gas and electricity savings that can be made will depend on the existing energy consumption of a given building. But each of these measures will contribute significantly to the twin goals of energy bill and carbon footprint reduction.
About Us
We are a company based in Nottingham, whose focus lies within the “Green Industry”. We advise customers on how to lower their carbon footprint and reduce energy costs.
We are all increasingly of the need to lower our carbon footprint, so as to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels. This will also reduce the amount individuals spend on energy bills.
We offer a number of services, which include, Solar Photovoltaic and Thermal systems, solid wall insulation, LED lighting, as well as a number of other technologies.
We are accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). Our customers are eligible to receive the Feed in Tariff and Renewable Heat Incentive, subject to the type of technology being installed.
